Minecraft has been a crowd favorite for almost a decade, and it doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon! Here at Coder Kids, we love Minecraft too!

At a time when kids start using tablets, phones, computers, video games, etc. as early as the age of 3, sometimes getting them excited about a -real- physical toy can be a challenging task.

However, playing with toys can have a huge impact on their well-being. Not only will it reduce screentime, but it can also help develop cognitive skills, nurture creativity, and improve problem-solving techniques.

If your kid is a hardcore Minecraft fan, check out our list of the Best Minecraft Toys for Kids!

Before Buying - What to Look for in Minecraft Toys?

Getting your kid a toy isn’t that big a deal. However, there are certain things that you should keep in mind during the purchase, especially safety concerns.

Safety

Toys with small pieces might pose choking hazards threats. Make sure to check the age appropriateness of the toy before buying.

Many are not suitable for children under 3.

Age Compatibility

Safety aside, not every toy is for every age, and that’s actually okay.

There’s no point in trying to get your 5-year-old understand the complex rules of a card game. The same goes to convincing your 7-year-old to play with a stuffed teddy bear, even if it was his favorite game character!

Preferences

Not everything that’s related to Minecraft will appeal to every kid. There are lots of different characters and parts to the game. Try to find out  which characters are your child’s favorite or what they like most about Minecraft and look for toys that incorporate those characters and attributes.

Remember

Putting in effort and care in choosing a toy your kids will love is hard work!. Give yourself a pat on the back and get ready to participate in the next Minecraft war with your kiddo! Thanks for checking out our picks for the Best Minecraft Toys for Kids!

If you are interested in having your child use Multiplayer mode in Minecraft and play with their friends, we highly recommend using Apex for your server.
